That would not have been true for me the first time I read Think and Grow Rich. At that time, I had several friends (well, people I thought were my friends) who delighted in causing problems and lived with high drama in their lives.

Frequently, their actions impacted my life and led to unhappiness on my part.

It was a valuable lesson and I’ve been careful about the people I consider friends ever since.
