		<description>Wow John,

This is a tough one indeed. I'm also not sure I want to do it, but I've followed you on the others, and you know I just did my 34 questions, so why not, eh?

Number one, I need proof of things before just going ahead and doing them. I guess this kind of makes me a skeptic. Early on, when I wanted to learn affiliate marketing, I must have purchased the wrong books, because most of them are, well, garbage. This makes me hesitant to buy anything else sometimes, yet I could be missing out on the one thing that will eventually give me what I want.

Number two, I'm fairly thin skinned. It's not that I can't take criticism; it's just that if it's not delivered properly, I'm not hearing it. That's the management part of my life, because as a manager, I always made sure to deliver bad news as dispassionately, but humanely, as possible. I couldn't afford people shutting down because I also had to instruct them on how to be better.

Number three, believe it or not, is that I'm not really as open as I can be online. I don't have many close friends, but I have long term friends. I konw that holds me back at networking events, because there are some that I've gone to for years, and people still have no idea what I do.

That's about all I have. As to what I'm going to do about them... if I knew that, I'd have already addressed them. :-)
